this is a major neglect by microsoft……all the parents and grand parents who desire to buy their children gift cards so they can use them on microsoft, cannot considering microsoft is too greedy to bargain with it and instead of us parents wanting to teach our children the value of a monthly payment. Microsoft wants to take reward of children and endeavor and scam unauthorized monthly payments from them.
