I fabricated no progress in making desserts because he would brand me start at Tier one of training every single day, and make me practise it exactly the manner HE wanted it. If it wasn't absolutely perfect, I had to start over, and it was like this ALL DAY. Good enough wasn't the reply. Putting together the fancy desserts was easier than making an water ice cream cone perfectly, to an impossible standard. Even so, I couldn't motion on to making fancier desserts until I could prove I can make a cone. "You have to evidence that you can do the easy stuff before you move on to the hard stuff". Well, the fancy sundae or layered dessert is a hell of a lot easier than the impossible standard perfectionism that is an ice cream cone that you won't settle for "skillful enough" on. I'grand so glad information technology's over
